At times, when we look back at our past, it's somehow filled with regrets.

we would have done this, we shouldnt have done that.

how many of us really appreciate what we have at this moment. sometimes, happiness can be just that simple.

been reading this little book, 快乐方程式. will share one of the stories with you here ~

史密斯太太坐在候診室裡，一個小男孩在他母親
的帶領下，來到診所，走到她的旁邊坐下。這個
小男孩的一隻眼睛上戴著眼罩，讓史密斯太太感
到驚訝。

史密斯太太終於找到一個機會，問小男孩的眼睛
怎麼了。小男孩想了好一會兒，抬起頭，掀起眼
罩說：＂我的眼睛沒什麼！我是一個海盜！＂

史密斯太太之所以到這裡，是因為在一次車禍中，

她的一條腿被撞傷，從膝蓋以下被截肢。現在，

她正等著做檢查，以便裝上義肢。

截支給她帶來的打擊簡直太大了，她嘗試著面對
現實，但是，她仍舊感覺自己是一個殘疾的人。

此時，小男孩的一句＂我是一個海盜＂，感變了
她的想法。她彷彿看到自己穿海盜服，威風地站
在一艘船的船頭，她把雙手背在身後，雙腿站開
──其中有一條腿是木腿，昂首挺胸，微笑著面
對狂風暴雨的洗禮。

幾分鐘之後，護士喊到了史密斯太太的名字。她
拄著柺杖站了起來。

＂哦，＂小男孩驚訝地說，＂您的腿怎麼了？＂

史密斯太太注視著小男孩，笑著說：

＂沒什麼，我是一個海盜船長呀！＂
