Got it from Seventeen - Nov issue. Intend to post it here for my personal reference and also for your benefit. A healthy glow that radiates from within.

Water
Drinking 8 glasses of water daily helps to flush out toxins in your system to achieve clearer, hydrated skin.

Mushroom

Mushrooms contain antioxidants, which help release energy from food for skin metabolism, resulting in faster cell renewal and the fading of scars and blemishes.

Nuts
