Scenes from Gorgeous.. I like the starting scenes of this old movie - Gorgeous, 1999. The blueness of the sea is luring me..

Story told by Ah Bu (played by Shu Qi) to her pet dolphin ~

100 years ago, this island in Taiwan.. had nothing. Only romance. Legend has it. There were two lovers. And one day, the man was fishing. His boat sank. The woman saw it onshore. She shouted "Bu.." swam out. No one ever saw them again. Some say they became dolphins. All dolphins around this island.. came from them. They all make "Bu.. Bu" noises.

Note: "Bu" - No in Mandarin

I like the fairytale part of this movie.. of how Ah Bu found a love note "Dont you know I am waiting for you?" in the bottle and travelled to Hongkong to look for her love.

What's loving someone like? (Ah Bu and her mummy having a little chat in the kitchen..)
