Have you ever wonder why some things appear repeatedly within a short span of time ?

Like you see the same car plate number again, is it an indication to bet on a lottery ?

Or you see your neighbour twice today, will you wonder whether he's on leave or has he change his job ?

Even the mahjong game (from movie.. hehe), you should keep the card if it comes back to you. There must be a reason for drawing the same card again.
