Did I wake up from the wrong side of my bed today? Perhaps..

Started the day being late for school, again.

Next, I spilled, or should I say toppled, my drink during lunch.

Went to Samsung Service Centre to check on my mobile. It showed Limited Service, meaning no incoming or outgoing calls allowed. Initially, I thought it was the problem of my service provider but later confirmed it's my mobile coz I tried my sim card on other handset without any problem. I also tried another sim card on my mobile and it gave me the same message.

I went there with 3 complaints.
Limited Service
Battery flat within hours even I didnt use the phone
Unable to bluetooth Mp3 files.

"When did you buy your phone ?"
Me : "March/April"
"Sorry, warranty for parts (such as the battery) is 6 months only"
Me : "..."

"I just tried sending a sound file without any problem"
Me : "I said it's mp3 files. I have no problem bt-ing pictures or midis"

"I suggest we will upgrade the software to solve the Limited Service problem for you. However, in the event that the problem still persists after the software upgrade, I suggest that you should change your sim card"
Me : "Why?"
"It may be too old or faulty"
Me : "I told you that I have no problem using my sim card on another mobile"
Me : "Well, if you think it's my sim card causing the problem, can you use yours on my mobile?"
"ok"
I hate people passing responsibilities to others. If you cant solve your own problem, who can ? ARGH ~

Me : "Hmm.. Can you check for me when did I purchase the phone?"
"The production date of this phone is 1 Feb 05"
Me : "I registered my purchase online, can you check please?"
"That is Samsung Fun Club"
Me : "But your warranty card stated that I can register my purchase online which I did"
Me : "Haiz.. Nevermind. Thanks" Too tired to argue.. Cant help but to wonder what the computer infront of them is used for.

I think I will be getting Sony Ericsson W800i. Please give me support.. tell me it's good, tell me it's better than Samsung, tell me it's cool, tell me it's the best phone in town at the moment.
