I am back with a new skin . I did the blending and coding myself. Is it nice ? Actually I am quite satisfied with it.

Watched 绝对 Superstar last night. Junyang was so cool and he sang the song I like, 童话. Shuai dai le !! My sis was saying "jie, he sang your song!" and instead of saying yes with a smile, I went "shhhhh". Hehe.. Too engrossed, I guess. Just hope that he will get into the finals.

Anyone missed me when I was away ? I just needed a break.. I am sorry to make my friends worried. Many started asking what happened to me. Nothing serious happened actually. Anyway, I have finally understand why I am behaving like this. I happened to stumble upon when reading one of my course texts. Its called Deep Acting. Deep Acting, involves changing your emotions to meet your job requirements. Rather than feeling irritated by a particular customer, you apply changes that make you less irritated and generally happier to work with this person. Thus, rather than having a conflict between your required and true emotions, deep acting involves shifting your true emotions so they are more compatible with the required emotions. Not only does this reduce stress; it also creates a sense of accomplishment if your performance is effective. -Organisational Behaviour, McShane Von Glinow, pg 117. I think it's pretty cool. try it if you are suffering at work. But it's like.. self-deceiving. Isn't it?
