Finally went to watch Charlie and the Chocolates Factory! I think it's really cool and fascinating! Especially the part when the pink seahorse boat that went through the tunnel! Way cool man! AND THE SQUIRRELS WERE SOOO CUTE!!
Reading the book and watching the movie is an entirely different adventure. Some scenes really made us laugh our guts out, like when Grandpa Joe suddenly got out of his bed and started dancing around the room and yelling, "Yipee!" And when the Oompa-Loompas started singing and made funny dance moves and some of their voices were high pitched, some very low. I find the Oompa Loompas kinda freaky, coz they have the same faces and a scary one indeed.
And another one, I think Willy Wonka was supposed to act very... humorous right? Well, he is sometimes humorous but I think he's a little scary too. When the children were supposed to be in a dangerous situation he just stood there calmly, laughing and grinning. And sometimes during his flashback his eyes were filled with hatred and resentment. But some say he is CRAFTY.
willy wonka, willy wonka... the amazing chocolatier willy wonka willy wonka... everybody give a cheer he's modest, clever and so smart, he barely can restrain it with so much generosity, there is no way to contain it to contain it, to contain... to contain... to contain
I recommend Charlie & The Chocolates Factory to everyone! It's really cool and hilarious, especially when one of the Oompa Loompas acted as the narrator at the very last part. "LIFE WILL NEVER BE SWEETER".
I hope there's a continuation of the movie for Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator.
