Rearrange the alphabets?

I heard this on air while driving today. I think it's Class 95. The DJs were cracking some jokes on alphabets, but i remember this particular one - coz it's touching :)

If i can rearrange all the alphabets, i will put 'u' and 'i' together. Isnt that sweet ?
